Wow did this eucalyptus pull through. I normally add some spice to my butcher block boards but this one was just too beautiful when it presented it's end grain to me. I just couldn't spoil the natural beauty of what this tree brought me. It's as classy as classy gets. There are studies that say wood butcher block boards are more sanitary than their plastic companions as well. Bacteria doesn't seem to like living more than a couple of minutes on wood. This board measures roughly 14.5" X 10.75" and the board is 1.5" thick plus another 1/4" for feet.
